Christian Domestic Discipline Bible Study – Part 1 of 8: Saved
I know of at least one Bible study out there, that seeks to prove that Christian Domestic Discipline is right.
In this Bible study I will give you an alternative, and the truth: Christian Domestic Discipline is wrong, and is only an excuse to beat ones wife into submission. It is wrong, and it is abusive.
For those of you who have been following me since the beginning or who have read more than one of my articles, I will assure you that this is not going to be the same as what you have already read, although it will go along the same lines. I also thank you for your continued readership.
To get the full benefit of this bible study you should actually answer the questions in this Bible Study. Write the answers down or type them out. Think about them.
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
What does this mean?
“For the Son of Man came to seek and save what was lost.”
What does this mean? Does this apply to women?
“If we confess out sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9 What do we need to do to be purified from all unrighteousness? Is spanking or punishment mentioned?
“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” Romans 10:9
What do you need to confess? What do you need to believe? How are you justified? How are you saved? Are you saved?
